Offerings may be explored independently or you may feel open to receiving a blend, further experiencing the holistic nature of this work.
Sessions range from 30-90 minutes, all modalities may be included.

What you can expect
Each session begins with a mindful check-in and intentional warm-up to arrive in the space and in the body. Sessions may include music, props/tools, discussion, and/or hands-on attention if consented to. I will guide and facilitate a safe and accepting experience where you will have time to explore, play, and learn, while connecting deeper into your body’s internal and external worlds.
